To begin the planning process, a professional consultation fee is required.

1. Standard Planning Fee

$50 per trip

This fee applies to most individual and small group travel planning requests.

2. Services Covered by the Planning Fee

The planning fee includes professional services such as:

3. When the Fee is Required

The planning fee must be paid:

Planning will not begin until payment is received.

Excessive changes or complete itinerary redesigns may require an additional fee.

8. Booking Through Tiipsy Travels

Our services are designed to provide a seamless full-service experience.

When we invest time in planning your trip, we request that bookings be made through Tiipsy Travels whenever possible.

If a client chooses to book independently after planning services have been provided, the planning fee remains non-refundable.

9. Consultation Scope

The planning fee includes consultation time related specifically to your trip.

Extended consultations unrelated to confirmed planning may require additional fees.

10. Validity Period

Planning services are valid for 30 days from the consultation date unless otherwise agreed.

If planning resumes after a long pause, a new planning fee may be required.
